Antitrust Compliance Statement

As a trade association, the Electric Vehicle Charging Association (EVCA) exists to provide a voice and a forum for the Electric Vehicle charging industry. EVCA and its members take compliance with competition law very seriously. It is recognized that the members of EVCA will be actual or potential competitors of each other. Infringing competition law can have potentially serious consequences for individuals and their organizations. Therefore, when participating in any meetings, conversations or interactions with each other everyone needs to ensure that their behaviors and interactions comply with competition law. EVCA collectively, its secretariat and its individual members have a responsibility to take an active role in ensuring compliance with competition law.
